Our property conveyancing fees (for buying or selling) include GST and disbursement costs.

These conveyancing fees are based on an existing property with an uncomplicated title. The type of transaction which may attract additional fees include the preparation of agreements, re-negotiating terms of an agreement outside of the scope of an ordinary transaction, Kiwisaver withdrawal and HomeStart attendances. We keep all our legal and conveyancing costs low and can provide them on request.
We also complete all legal property work required for house and land packages and review and advice on building agreements and simple wills.
