These conveyancing fees are based on an uncomplicated fee simple title. For a purchase, the quoted fee includes reviewing up to three instruments registered against the title. If more than three instruments are registered, we reserve the right to increase our fee to reflect the additional time spent reviewing them and any additional disbursements incurred. If the property to be purchased is a unit title (body corporate) or cross lease title due to the additional attendances required for these, our fee may differ than what is shown here. Please get in touch if you would like us to provide you a specific quote.
Additional fees may also apply where the transaction involves a trust or company ownership structure, the preparation of an agreement for sale and purchase; renegotiation of terms beyond the scope of an ordinary transaction; or KiwiSaver withdrawal attendances. We keep our legal and conveyancing costs low and can provide details on request.
We also complete all legal property work required for house and land packages and provide reviews and advice on building agreements.
