- Free Initial Discussions: We offer complimentary discussions with you before entering into a standard agreement to purchase to ensure conditions specific to you and drafting conditions are included where needed. We also liaise with your real estate agent in relation to the final agreement to purchase and provide initial information and advice on the transaction process.
- Pre-Auction Reviews: Our team will provide a detailed report on the purchase agreement, title documents, and any reports included in the auction pack.
- Personalised Agreement Drafting: We will draft a purchase agreement in the case where a real estate agent is not involved.
- Legal Advice on Property Title: After receiving the purchase agreement or build contract, our team will thoroughly search the title to the property and provide legal advice in relation to documents that may be registered.
- Kiwisaver and First Home Application Assistance: We offer assistance in relation to Kiwisaver and First Home Applications, including providing you with information sheets and additional guidance.
- Detailed Legal Advice: Our team will provide detailed advice on the legal aspects of the agreement, your obligations as a purchaser, and the owner’s obligations and warranties to you.
- Finance Coordination: We will work with you and, if finance is required, your bank manager or broker to ensure conditions in the purchase agreement are met when due.
- Document Preparation for Completion: Our team will prepare all legal documents required to complete, including advising you on loan documentation.
- In-Person or Virtual Meetings: We will meet with you in person or via an audio-visual link to sign any necessary documents.
- Efficient Settlement Management: We will manage all aspects of the settlement, including receiving loan funds, Kiwisaver, and your contributions into our trust account. We also attend to the settlement with the owner's solicitor to ensure a smooth and stress-free transaction.
- Electronic Registration: Our team will attend to electronic registration in the Land Transfer Office.
- Transparent Reporting: You’ll receive all transactional statements and documents evidencing how funds have been received and disbursed in our trust account.

- Drafting Sale Agreement: We will draft the sale agreement if a real estate agent is not involved.
- Sale Agreement Review: Upon receiving the agreement for sale, our team will search and review the title to the property and provide you with detailed advice in relation to the legal obligations contained.
- Follow-Up on Conditions: We follow up on conditions contained in the sales agreement and ensure deadlines are met.
- Mortgage Discharge Assistance: If needed, we obtain authority from your bank to discharge the mortgage registered on your title.
- Council Information and Water Meter Reading: Our team obtains information from the council regarding your land and water rates and orders a final water meter reading.
- Document Preparation: We prepare all legal documentation necessary to complete the transaction.
- In-Person or Virtual Meetings: Our team meets with you in person or via an audio-visual link to sign necessary documents.
- Settlement Management: We manage all aspects of settlement, including receiving settlement money from the purchaser’s solicitor into our trust account, repaying your mortgage if applicable, any rates that are owing, payment of the final water invoice, and depositing any balance to you.
- Electronic Registration: Our team will attend to electronic registration in the Land Transfer Office.
- Change of Ownership Notification: We will notify the council of the change of ownership.
- Transparent Reporting: You’ll receive all transactional statements and documents evidencing how funds have been received and disbursed in our trust account.

- Refinance Transaction Management: We will manage all aspects of the refinance transaction, including receiving loan money into our trust account, repaying your existing mortgage, and depositing any balance to you.
- Electronic Registration: Our team will attend to electronic registration in the Land Transfer Office.
- Comprehensive Reporting: We will report to you with all transaction statements showing how funds have been received and disbursed through our trust account. Additionally, we will provide final reporting to you and your bank with an updated copy of the title recording the newly registered mortgage.
