- FREE discussions with you before entering into a standard agreement to purchase, ensuring conditions specific to you are included, drafting conditions where needed, liaising with your real agent in relation to the final agreement to purchase and providing initial information and advice on the transaction process.
- Comprehensive pre-auction reviews providing a detailed report on the purchase agreement, title documents and any reports included in the auction pack
- Drafting purchase agreement where a real estate agent is not involved
- Receiving purchase agreement or build contract, searching the title to the property and providing legal advice in relation to documents that may be registered
- Assistance in relation to Kiwisaver and First Home Applications including providing you with information sheets and additional guidance
- Providing detailed advice on legal aspects of the agreement and obligations you have as a purchaser and the owner’s obligations and warranties to you
- Working with you and if finance is required, your bank manager or broker to ensure conditions in the purchase agreement are met when due
- Preparation of all legal documents required to complete, including advising on loan documentation
- Meeting with you in person or via audio visual link to sign
- Managing all aspects of settlement, including receiving loan funds, Kiwisaver and your contributions if required into our trust account and attending to settlement with the owner’s solicitor
- Attending to electronic registration in the Land Transfer Office
- Reporting to you and your bank, providing you with all transactional statements and documents evidencing how funds have been received and disbursed in our trust account

- FREE pre-auction review providing a detailed report on the sale agreement, your obligations contained within it and reviewing the title to the property
- Drafting sale agreement where a real estate agent is not involved
- Receiving agreement for sale, searching and reviewing title the property and providing you with detailed advice in relation to the legal obligations contained
- Following up on conditions contained in the agreement for sale to ensure deadlines are met
- If required, obtaining authority from your bank to discharge the mortgage registered on your title
- Obtaining from council information in relation to your land and water rates, ordering a final water meter reading
- Preparation of all legal documentation to complete transaction
- Meeting with you in person or via audio visual link to sign
- Managing all aspects of settlement including receiving settlement money from the purchaser’s solicitor into our trust account, repaying your mortgage if applicable, any rates that are owing, payment of the final water invoice and depositing any balance to you
- Attending to electronic registration in the Land Transfer Office
- Notifying council of the change of ownership
- Reporting to you with all transaction statements showing how funds have been received and disbursed through our trust account

- Obtaining authority from your existing bank to discharge the mortgage registered on your title

- Managing all aspects of the refinance transaction, including receiving loan money into our trust account, repaying your existing mortgage and depositing any balance to you
- Attending to electronic registration in the Land Transfer Office
- Reporting to you with all transaction statements showing how funds have been received and disbursed through our trust account. Final reporting to you and your bank providing an updated copy of title recording new mortgage registered
